 encounter  Half of all rapes and sexual assaults are committed by friends 
 or acquaintances.  This needs to stop and the Krav Maga Training Center in 
 San Francisco is ready to help with this Women’s Only Self-Defense 
 Awareness Seminar.  The seminar is designed to train participants with 
 simulated exercises that include the psychological and physical aspects of 
 a real attack.    Participants will learn  The Combatives and Defenses 
 needed to ward off an attack   Awareness to spot potential danger   How  to 
 develop, trust, and listen to your intuitions   How  to develop a fighting 
 spirit and build confidence      This seminar is a lot of fun, a terrific 
 workout and is a must for all women.  It is designed for women of all ages
