  Provide a place for creativity and networking  Documentation of the food 
 system  To consider the urgency and issues facing farmers, workers, and 
 consumers  SOME OUTCOMES:  Specific actions for addressing the needs which 
 the participants believe are vital  A stronger network of people for 
 getting things done  THE HOSTS:  Santa Cruz County Food System Network  UC 
 Santa Cruz Food Systems Working Group, Santa Cruz Live Oak Grange, Center 
 for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems, Community Alliance of Family 
 Farmers  THE APPROACH: The event relies upon the active participation of 
 attendees for education and action planning. We will use a method that 
 enables groups of all sizes to effectively deal with complex issues in 
 short time periods. Expect to work hard and have fun. And expect the 
 unexpected.  LOGISTICS: This event is free, and any donations will cover 
 event costs. We will have a lunch buffet from noon to 2:00 pm. Please bring 
 your own plate, bowl, cup and silverware. This event is accessible to
