DESCRIPTION:BREATHEXPERIENCE™: "Growing Older with Sensuality, Vitality, and Grace"
a FREE Class on Monday April 3rd, 2006 with: Margot Biestman Director
of the Marin-Sonoma Center of the Middendorf institute for
Breathexperience ™ We turn not older with years, but newer every day.
-— Emily Dickinson Growing older with breathexperience ™ is very
different from getting old. We explore how breath that we allow to come
and go on its own—without our imposing on it—can move through our body
with ease and comfort. In this class we learn through simple sitting,
standing, and stretching sequences to sense breath movement in our body.
As we bring our presence to our experience of breath, we can become aware
of ourselves as sensual, graceful, and with vitality. We can grow to love
our body and our Self, with less need to "fix" something to try and make us
look younger. We gain a sense of health and well-being, and often feel
youthful along with our wisdom. Presented by: The Integrative Medicine
Program at Sonoma Valley Hospital, which includes complimentary
approachesfocused on healing the whole person—body, mind and spirit.
WHEN:	7-8 p.m. on Monday April 3rd, 2006 WHERE: Central Conference Room
at Sonoma Valley Hospital, 347 Andrieux Street, Sonoma, CA 95476 FOR
