 SIDE OF 4TH STREET TO WHISTLESTOP CABOOSE FOR RALLY.  Open Mike, Music and 
 Refreshments  Bring signs, musical instruments and (optional) snacks to 
 share  persons wishing to demonstrate while sitting may sit in chairs
