 project will involve:  --------------------   --> individuals and small 
 teams  --> typing up and/or audio/video recording interviews   --> with 
 homeless people   --> so that the rest of the city can better understand 
 them.   these people have some fascinating stories. i think some other 
 people would like to read them.     the next meeting:  -------------------- 
  --> Sunday, March 5th   --> 4 p.m.   --> Harvest Urban Market Cafe   --> 
 191 8th Street (at Howard)   --> In San Francisco's SOMA district.    
 agenda: 30 minute orientation, optional 2-hour training  
 --------------------  Individuals that are still interested can then do any 
 of the following:  * Volunteer immediately for non-field work. We need 
 individuals that are willing to edit, post and manage the site.   * Attend 
 a 2-hour formalized training and neighborhood tour immeditely after the 
 break. (FIELD volunteers MUST complete the formal training before they may 
 begin to conduct interviews as part of the project.)  * Attend a different 
 formal training two to four weeks later (depending on level of interest and 
 availalbe resources).   * Schedule a time for a one-on-one training session 
 if you're unable to attend the sessions.   you can reply to me directly at
