 meeting.  Please join 'Just Us' in responding to the report released by the 
 Santa Cruz Police Department about their undercover spying of the Last 
 Night parade planning group, in which they conclude they did nothing wrong 
 and can do it again!  Tuesday, Feb 14  3:30 PM - the full City Council will 
 consider the recommendation from the Public Safety Committee, and 
 recommendations from the public.  This is an agendized item and public 
 comment will be taken.  What more could you ask for for Valentine's Day 
 than the assurance that your constitutional rights will be honored and 
 protected right here in your home town!!   This really is serious - civil 
 liberties and the exercise of constitutional rights are on the line right
