 Cruz Police Department about their undercover spying of the Last Night 
 parade planning group, in which they conclude they did nothing wrong and 
 can do it again!  This really is serious - civil liberties and the exercise 
 of constitutional rights are on the line right here at home, in Santa Cruz, 
 right now  Monday, Feb 13th  2PM - rally!  bring your instruments to join 
 the Santa Cruz Trash Orchestra!  2:30 PM - press conference!  4PM - the 
 Public Safety Committee of the City Council will receive the report from 
 SCPD, take public comment, discuss their findings, and MAKE A 
 RECOMMENDATION TO THE FULL CITY COUNCIL ABOUT WHAT THE NEXT STEP SHOULD 
 BE!. We have presented a strongly worded policy from the San Francisco PD 
 as a model and asked that action at least as strong be taken here in Santa
