 Commission will announce an 11 year, $3 Billion solar program to install a 
 million solar systems on homes and businesses across thse state.   The goal 
 of the program? Bring solar into the mainstream.   So come to City Hall and 
 celebrate a landmark victory for California and the world as we take a 
 major step towards energy independence and ending our reliance on foreign
