 Water/Wastewater/Stormwater treatment facilities has scheduled this open 
 house-kickoff and training session. The group, Concerned Citizens Coalition 
 of Stockton, which includes members of Public Citizen and SEIU Local 790, 
 will host the festivities at the SEIU Local 790 Offices at 37 Hunter Square 
 Plaza, across from the San Joaquin County Courthouse. Light refreshments
