DESCRIPTION:Bike lovers and street partiers, the time has come again!!  It's San Jose's 
 second annual HALLOWEEN BIKE PARTY!  That's right - Halloween, costumes, 
 and BIKES!  Suit up yourself and your bike in wonderful costume (creative 
 use of lights and reflectors heavily encouraged), and come out and join us 
 for a relaxed, fun ride through downtown San Jose and surrounds (possibly 
 Santa Clara)!  All are welcome, forward everywhere, no RSVP needed!  * Bike 
 for Safety * Bike for Health * Bike for FUN! *  San Jose's Second Annual  
 HALLOWEEN BIKE PARTY  6:30pm - Friday, October 28th, 2005  Plaza de Cesar 
 Chavez Park, downtown SJ  (Intersection of Park and Market, near the 
 fountains)  Costume yourself and your bike!  Prizes for best costuming!  
 Incorporate your helmet and lights into your costume!  Our ride will 
 commence a few minutes after we all gather at 6:30, and we'll end up 
 wherever our collective whim takes us, probably at a bar or restaurant 
 within a few miles of our start, and very likely along convenient Caltrain 
 and bus lines.  Students at SJSU and SCU are especially encouraged to 
 attend, *hint hint.*  All ages and styles of humans and bikes welcome, if
