DESCRIPTION:The San Carlos 34th annual Festival of the Arts will be held September 10th 
 and 11th from 10am to 5pm at the San Carlos City Hall park on the corner of 
 San Carlos Avenue and Elm Street.  This is your chance to buy original art 
 for your home, or special and unique gifts for friends and family.  Live 
 entertainment will include the Stewart Tartan Pipes and Drummers, the Red 
 Desert Belly Dancing   Troupe, The Serenaders, The Silicon Cowboys, and the 
 Elks Concert Band.  There will be special activities for children including 
 an art contest, "Petoonya" the   clown and a face painter. \n
