 of Soviet communism, Fidel Castro legalized the dollar, opened the island 
 of Cuba to tourism, and allowed foreign investment.  In Capitalism, God, 
 and a Good Cigar, journalists, writers, and documentary filmmakers describe 
 what these changes, implemented since the early 1990s, have meant for 
 ordinary Cubans. The book's contributing writers and photographer will
