DESCRIPTION:An 11-year-old limited-English, Spanish speaking female child was harassed 
 by boys while playing who threw rocks and water balloons at her.  She threw 
 one of the small rocks back, causing a slight injury to an attacking boy.  
 His life was not in any danger at all.  Someone called the police.  The 
 police came with a helicopter and police cars, pinned the poor, screaming 
 child down with his big fat knee, put her in handcuffs, dragged her to 
 prison for 5 days, and then the Fresno County fascist criminal system put 
 this poor child, WHO DID NOTHING WRONG AT ALL, in a monitoring bracelet.  
 NOW THEY ARE PRESSING FELONY ASSAULT CHARGES AGAINST THIS CHILD.  THIS IS 
 NAZI GERMANY ALL OVER AGAIN.  It is an attack on the workingclass, women
