 Space and Security Studies and directed all the "Star Wars" programs under 
 Presidents Ford and carter (when the existence of these programs was 
 sercret). Among other honors, Dr. Bowman is the recipient of the Eisenhower 
 Medal, the George F. Kennan Peace Prize, and the President's Medal of 
 Veteran's for Peace. He holds a Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Nuclear 
 Engineering from Caltech.  Suggested donation at the door $10. No one
