 citizen forum with presentations  AT ISSUE:  Diebold and ES&S, two of the 
 biggest voting system vendors in the state and nation, are up for review by 
 the Secretary of State's Voting Systems and Procedures advisory panel, 
 prior to selling California the next generation of virtual vote-vaporizing 
 technology.  This is our best chance to halt and reverse the surrender of 
 our voting rights to secret corporate operators.  LOCATION  Office of the
