DESCRIPTION:Three Oakland residents were inspired to create a community and arts cafe 
 in Oakland organized around the principles of (1) community, (2) creative 
 expression, (3) sustainability, and (4) world-class coffee. They realized 
 that to authentically accomplish this they would have to co-create it with 
 the community. So they formed the Buffalo Joy Park project to set up 
 different ways to involve the community, and are inviting committed 
 community members to a Town Hall Meeting to brainstorm, build momentum, and 
 assemble the team that will carry the project through.   The Town Hall 
 Meeting is a blank canvas for an incredibly creative process of spontaneous 
 sharing and self-expression! Working as a community, we will breathe life
