DESCRIPTION:The program of this May Day celebration will feature Pablo Rodriguez, 
 native of El Salvador, and professor of Social Sciences in San Francisco, 
 who recently spoke in San Salvador at a conference on "The Salvadoran 
 Government's Violation of Constitutional and Human Rights," and Moises 
 Montoya, a member of International Federation of Professional & Technical 
 Engineers (IFPTE) 21, who traveled in February to El Salvador and Costa 
 Rica where he met with trade unionists, feminists and socialists who are 
 fighting CAFTA.   The public forum at 7:00 P.M., conducted in English and 
 Spanish, will be held at New Valencia Hall, 1908 Mission Street (at 15th 
 Street and on the #14 and #49 Muni lines). Door donation $3-5. A Central 
 American fried chicken dinner will be served at 6:00 P.M. for a $7
