DESCRIPTION:On Thursday, April 14, AFSCME Local 3299, is planning a one-day strike.  
 AFSCME represents service employees vital to the functioning of UC 
 Berkeley.  It represents many of the lowest paid workers on campus.  The 
 union is currently struggling for a fair contract and workers' (especially 
 immigrant workers') rights.    Show your solidarity with campus workers!  
 DON'T CROSS THE PICKET LINES ON APRIL 14!  On THURSDAY, APRIL 14, join us 
 for a student and community FLYING PICKET.  We will MEET AT NOON AT THE 
 AFSCME RALLY ON SPROUL PLAZA.  The flying picket will be a mobile 
 contingent that will reinforce stationary pickets and take other forms of 
 action in solidarity with striking workers.  We will form the flying picket 
 at the end of the noon AFSCME rally.  \n
