DESCRIPTION:On Thursday, April 14, AFSCME Local 3299, is planning a one-day strike.  
 AFSCME represents service employees vital to the functioning of UC 
 Berkeley.  It represents many of the lowest paid workers on campus.  The 
 union is currently struggling for a fair contract and workers' (especially 
 immigrant workers') rights.    Show your solidarity with campus workers!  
 DON'T CROSS THE PICKET LINES ON APRIL 14!  Join us on TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 
 7PM AT 102 WURSTER (UC BERKELEY) for a SCREENING OF THE MOVIE PRECARITY TO 
 BENEFIT THE AFSCME STRIKE.  PRECARITY is a collection of films documenting 
 the struggle of precarious workers around the world.  The screening will be 
 followed by a discussion on how students can stand in solidarity with
