 19, Socializing & Appetizers: 6:00 p.m.  Dining: 6:30 p.m., Lecture: 8:00 
 p.m. (free).  IOA, 3600 Geary Boulevard  $1 suggested donation for members, 
 their guests, and students bringing food; $2 for non-members bringing food 
 (add $7 to each without food).  Following the potluck, there will be a 
 lecture by nationally known and respected, Dr. Opare, on "Nutritional 
 Medicine." Hisconcept of The Rule Book and User Guide for Healthy Living is 
 revolutionizing the Hygienic Medicine field. He is co-founder of the 
 Conscious Living Institute and is Editor of Knowledge for Life, the 
 newsletter of healthy living, and Co-Host of "Knowledge forLife," a 
 television show dedicated to the health of the African Community.
