 Saturday, December 11, 5-10 p.m., at the Alameda Auctions by the Bay 
 Theater.  Live performances by Melanie DeMore, Dance Brigade, and Valerie 
 Orth.    We are celebrating the outstanding work of Bay Area activists to 
 defend our democracy, and we're driving out the spell of post-election 
 depression and hopelessness.  Medea Benjamin will mc the award ceremony 
 recognizing Driving Votes, League of Pissed off Voters, MoveOn, Michael 
 Lerner and more.  Live and silent auction.  The Mad Voter Pink Tea Party is 
 at the Alameda Auctions by the Bay Theater at 2700 Saratoga Street, 
 December 11.  Carpool from Oakland 12th St. BART station provided.  
 Reception, silent auction, and live music from 5-7 p.m.; awards ceremony 
 and performances 7-9 p.m., to be followed by the call to action.  Tickets 
 are $10-$10,000 donation at the door or online at http://www.viruous.com.  
 No one will be turned away for lack of funds.  Voter depression got you
