 County Fermanagh, will discuss some of the more high-profile cases of 
 collusion between British security forces and Loyalist death  squads, such 
 as the assassinations of human rights lawyers Pat Finucane and Rosemary 
 Nelson, as well as many other cases.  This is an important event - to 
 understand why the Good Friday Peace Agreement has not been implemented 
 since it's signing 6 1/2 years ago, and to understand how justice and
