 Unfinished Agenda of Brown v. Board of  Education.   This event opens the 
 Race & Public Policy Conference, sponsored by the Applied Research Center, 
 the Center for Social Justice at Boalt Law School, The Sargent Shriver 
 National Center on  Poverty Law and the Philanthropic Initiative for Racial
