DESCRIPTION:Eric Drooker – Up Against The Wall  Visual artist Eric Drooker recently 
 returned from an intensive tour of Palestine where he painted murals on the 
 Wall with local teenagers in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. While 
 traveling through the Occupied Territories, he performed a series of 
 musical slide lectures in refugee camps and cultural centers.     Back on 
 his feet, after being stung by a scorpion in Ramallah, you can catch his 
 act here in San Francisco! He'll show hundreds of new slides from his 
 artistic mission--with live music.    Chances are you have seen (or used) 
 Eric Drooker’s artwork on flyers or street posters, covers of The New 
 Yorker, The Progressive, The Village Voice and numerous other magazines, as 
 well as books and music albums (Rage Against the Machine). He is the author 
 of Flood! A Novel in Pictures, Illuminated Poems (with Allen Ginsberg), 
 Street Posters & Ballads, and Blood Song: A Silent Ballad.   Eric
