 Conference on  War Tax Resistance and Peace Tax Campaigns in Brussels, 
 Belgium.    He will tell us about his participation in that gathering  as 
 well as the protests against the Republican Convention in New York.  Lorin 
 Peters, a war tax resister since the Vietnam War, spent the summer   with 
 the Christian Peacemaker Team in Hebron. He looks forward to   "sharing 
 some images, and discussion, of the occupation of Palestine,   nonviolent
