DESCRIPTION:  PROTEST: Wednesday, June 30, 5 pm  NO to Fake Sovereignty  Bring the 
 Troops Home Now!  Union Square, San Francisco  On June 30, there will be 
 demonstrations in many cities and countries on the day of the so-called 
 "turn-over of sovereignty" in Iraq. The only real turn-over of power on 
 June 30 will be from outgoing U.S. dictator, L. Paul Bremer, to incoming 
 U.S. dictator John Negroponte, the new U.S. "ambassador" to Iraq.   The UN 
 Security Council resolution passed this week through a combination of U.S. 
 threats and hidden deals is an illustration of the old saying that 
 "diplomacy is perjury." It endorses the "formation of a sovereign Iraqi 
 interim government" headed by CIA asset Iyad Allawi, and states that on 
 June 30, states that on that date "the occupation will end" and Iraq will 
 regain its "sovereignty."   In reality, more than 175,000 U.S. and U.S.-led 
 troops will continue to occupy Iraq. U.S. troop levels will be maintained 
 at 138,000 until at least the end of 2005, and may be increased according 
 to Bush and the generals. The occupying forces will continue to kill and 
 die for the sake of a war based entirely on lies.   The only solution to 
 the crisis in Iraq is to BRING THE TROOPS HOME NOW!  Join us on June 30 to
