 PM   Berkeley, California   The City Council will vote on amendments to 
 Berkeley's medical cannabis ordinance on Tuesady, April 20. We will have a 
 short rally at 6:30 before the regular Council meeting at 7:00. We need a 
 lot of support at this rally and meeting. The amendments will increase 
 Berkeley's plant limits from 10 to 72 and establish a peer-review committe 
 to ensure safety at local dispensaries. Bring your frinds and a sign!
