 Inequities of Gender, Race, Class and Nation  Margo Okazawa-Rey is Visiting 
 Professor of Women's  Studies at Mills College and Director of Women's  
 Leadership Institute. Dr. Okazawa-Rey has worked  extensively with issues 
 of racism, sexism, and other  forms of oppression through politically 
 engaged  scholarship and activism. She focuses on problems  affecting 
 communities of color, particularly women, in  the US and globally. Dr. 
 Okazawa-Rey's current research  examines the intersections of militarism 
 and corporate  globalization. Dr. Okazawa-Rey has served on various  
 editorial boards including Harvard Educational Review,  Journal of Negro 
 Education, Social Justice, and has  worked with grassroots organizing in
