DESCRIPTION:Join the fun! Save The Bay's rally for healthy Bay beaches is on for March 
 24. We need your help to turn out a big crowd in support of consistent 
 water quality monitoring in the Bay! Don your swim cap, haul out your 
 kayak, sail in on your windsurfer, or just come rub elbows with the likes 
 of Assembly Member Wilma Chan, the author of Assembly Bill 1876 which would 
 require water quality testing at Bay beaches! Come meet other Bay 
 aficionados, paddle around in Save The Bay canoes, hear more about our 
 bill, and take a few water quality samples yourself.   When: Wednesday,
