DESCRIPTION:  In Southern Cal, 70,000 workers just had to except a contract that 
 hatches away from the affordable health care and implemets a cap on wages 
 for new hires so there will be a two tier system which will overtime weaken 
 the union.   The same attack will take place this September for Bay Area 
 grocery store workers. If we organize before hand so such an attack wont 
 catch everyone as a surpirse and begin to materialize the support that 
 exist, we can see a very different out come. There is a possibility that 
 the workers wont have to go on strike if they really show the Company there 
 are ready for such a fight.   To prepare for this struggle, we have our 
 first meeting to discuss what needs to be done and how it should be done.
