DESCRIPTION:The Zapatista communities are constructing another world; a world where all 
 worlds fit. After the Mexican government failed to implement the signed 
 peace accords, the communities decided to implement them anyway and, in 
 August of this year, announced a regional system of autonomous governance.  
 The Chiapas Support Committee  sent a delegation to explore these changes. 
 On December 3, we report back on this advance in indigenous autonomy.
