 Laboratory; she also coordinates campus outreach and organizes major 
 actions at the Lab.\n\nTara will speak about nuclear proliferation and the 
 risk of biowarfare, including the controversial proposal to site a 
 biological weapons lab at Livermore.\n\nThis event is FREE and open to
