 her Sunday a.m. talk, Ms. Fitts will present the “Solari” vision: how 
 America's 72,000 neighborhoods can reclaim self-determination and create

 residents John Maeck and Marc Tognotti, she will announce the formation of 
 Fillmore Solari. \n\nCatherine Austin Fitts, president and founder of

 formerly Assistant Secretary to HUD under the first Bush administration, 
 lead financial adviser to the FHA under Clinton, and member of the board
