 Gus\nNewport, KPFA's new General Manager, will present his vision for KPFA 
 and\nPacifica.  He will discuss how a good organization can become 
 great\nand how the founding ideas of Pacifica can expand to bridge the 
 distance\nbetween groups and to meet a multiplicity of needs.  Eva Georgia, 
 General\nManager of Pacifica's KPFK in Los Angeles, and veteran KPFA 
 news\njournalist Mitch Jeserich will offer perspectives on the future 
 of\njournalism at listener-supported Pacifica Radio.\n\nSpeakers:\n\nGus 
 Newport is the new General Manager of KPFA, Pacifica Station 94.1 
 FM\nBerkeley.  He is a former Mayor of Berkeley.\n\nEva Georgia is the 
 General Manager of KPFK, Pacifica Station 90.7 FM Los\nAngeles.  She is a 
 South African-born journalist and one of the pioneers of\ncommunity 
 radio.\n\nMitch Jeserich is a veteran KPFA Sacramento news correspondent,
