 Board with their public comments. The allotted time limit is usually two 
 minutes. If one wants to place a document on the overhead for display, just 
 clearly state that before doing it, and be sure to remove it 
 afterwards.\n\nAll comments received will be made a part of the official 
 record. The agenda of this coming meeting is such that the public comment 
 will likely be called for at around 3:30 PM but there is no way to predict
