 5 pm:  Peace Messaging at Window on the Bay, 717 Del Monte Avenue in 
 Monterey.  Bring a sign with a peace message.  \n\n6 pm - 8 pm:  Film 
 Screening of "Peace One Day" at the Monterey Peace and Justice Center, 1364 
 Fremont Blvd in Seaside.  Shared a potluck dinner and an inspiring 
 documentary film.  Pizza is compliments of the Peace Coalition of Monterey 
 County.\n\n "Peace One Day" chronicles the six-year effort by Jeremy Gilley 
 to establish September 21st of each year as a day dedicated to honoring and 
 strengthening the ideals of peace. On this day each year, the UN calls for 
 a 24‑hour global cease‑fire and urges individuals, communities, and 
 governments to recognize peace as a fundamental human right.\n\nCome and 
 enjoy pizza, potluck dishes, an inspiring film, and meaningful 
 conversation. Potluck contributions are welcome, but not 
 required.\n\nCelebrate peace and reaffirm our shared vision of lasting
