They don’t remember the days before TSA, when it was easy to board a plane, and normal to meet family and friends at the gates in the terminals. They don’t know what they have lost.\n\n The traumatic events took countless lives, injured many, blighted Manhattan with toxic dust whose long term effects continues to kill and impair lives. Those who questioned the dominant narrative, opposed the attack upon civil liberties and opposed the many 9/11 wars that followed, bore witness to the destruction of evidence, the lies and the cover-up. The events were used to pursue the Project for a New American Century’s goals after they stated “Further, the process of transformation (of the military), even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event—like a new Pearl Harbor.”\n\n Despite the victims’ families’ and the publics’ outcry for an investigation of 9/11, the Cover-Up Commission devised and peddled a worse than the Warren Commission report to sell an expansion of the bloated oxymoronic Intelligence agencies. There was no accountability for those responsible for the Intelligence Agencies’ failures; indeed, there were promotions. Perhaps, the truth will trickle out slowly with time, when the guilty have died of old age, and it doesn’t matter anymore. Or maybe the curtain will lift to reveal that the people have been deceived, the lies will fail, and the tide will turn.\n\n Back in 2020, when theatres were closed due to the lockdowns, the Northern California 9/11 Truth Alliance was obliged to hold our 16th Annual 9/11 Truth Film Festival online, and we featured an outstanding documentary produced by Firefighters for 9/11 Truth entitled Calling Out Bravo 7. This year we have decided to show the sequel, Beyond Bravo 7, an excellent film which looks at the larger picture, how the media is used to support powerful interests, why leaders lie, the profitability of wars. The film explores the history of money, the Federal Reserve, the World Bank, the Bank of International Settlements, the looming threats, and possibilities for change. In one of those “little miracles,” Firefighters for 9/11 Truth introduced us to Retired Captain Raul Angulo, who agreed to come and speak this year at our 21st Annual 9/11 Truth Film Festival, to be held again, in Oakland, California on September 11th 2025.\n\n Raul Angulo authored the textbook, Engine Company Fireground Operations, 4th Edition, he is a 38-year veteran of Seattle (WA) Fire Department Ladder Company 6. He wrote in the International Fire and Safety Journal , October 2024:\n\nDid the World Trade Center Building 7 (WTC 7) really completely collapse in freefall, symmetrically into its own footprint – in seven seconds – due to an office fuel load fire? I used to believe that – the official narrative, but now, I can no longer accept that explanation. For many of us, this is still a visceral and emotional subject, but it’s been 23 years since September 11, 2001. A lot of the strong sentiments have died down enough to objectively consider more reasonable, scientific, and physical (physics) explanations.\n\nThe article caught the eye of another retired firefighter, ex-Congressman Curt Weldon who persuaded Raul to write a call for a new Presidential Commission into the 9/11 World Trade Center Destruction. Raul collaborated with others to produce the report. Fortunately, the information got the attention of Senator Ron Johnson, chair of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations who has spoken in favor of new hearings on 9/11.\n\n Senator Ron Johnson has been a lone voice in the Senate, heroically holding hearings challenging lockdowns, mandates, the safety and effectiveness of the much pushed shots and protocols that many doctors fiercely argued were causing more harm than good. His hearings allowed those who were injured to get their voices heard.\n\n Curt Weldon, Senator Ron Johnson and Dennis Kucinich will all be joining and speaking at the taking place in Washington DC on September 10th, 11th, and 12th cooperatively organized by a convergence of 9/11 Truth groups. Noted scholars, researchers, voices from many parts of the world will be attending. This will be historic to have a Senator address a 9/11 Truth Conference. Whether this will result in hearings, a new Cover-Up Commission, a new war, civil war, confessions and apologies, and a new commitment towards truth, peace and justice is impossible to predict.\n\nMy efforts have been focused on our local event. We have two other great speakers: Bruce de Torres, author of GOD, SCHOOL, 9/11 AND JFK: The Lies That Are Killing Us and The Truth That Sets Us Free and Amber Yang, Executive Director of WantToKnow.info. The Grand Lake Theatre in Oakland can hold 575 people and we hope to bring in a good sized audience. We have been visiting fire stations throughout the Bay Area; we are inviting firefighters and their guests to attend for free. The suggested donation is $20, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. \n\nWe are urging firefighters and others to see Calling Out Bravo 7 before they come to the Film Festival. We have had a range of responses from the firefighters, some have been very touching, heartwarming, appreciative, and most say that they will share the information with their colleagues. Raul mentioned that over the years, there are always ceremonies, bagpipes and the symbolic climbing of stairs on the 11th. We hope that this year the firefighters will choose to honor their brothers and sisters who lost their lives that day by looking more closely at what really happened.\n\nBeyond Bravo 7 is an ambitious film that plunges into the history, depth and breadth of the forces shaping the modern world and the human mind. It opens and concludes with the awesome power of truth to shape us and subsequently the world. Ultimately, the shackles of lies and deceptions have clipped the wings, and misdirected far too much of human energy.
