 rights-based democracy and against dictators and oligarchs. \n\nWHO: 
 everyone \n* FOR rights-based democracy and FREEDOM and\n* AGAINST 
 dictators and oligarchs establishing autocracies around the globe. 
 \n\nWHAT: Point phone light to sky for silent 10 minutes of solidarity. 
 \n\nWHERE: in nearest city center, town center, community center, or even 
 just get 10 people at the end of a block, or at a crossroads in a rural 
 area. \n\nWHEN: 10pm April 10 (local times - this will roll around the 
 globe 1 hour at a time - you can forward your videos to people in later 
 timezones to build momentum)\n\nThe purpose is to show unified solidarity 
 against the rise of authoritarians around the globe. They need to know we 
 CAN work together and we OPPOSE THEM WITH ALL OF OUR HEARTS. \n\nThe 
 purpose is to give strength to everyone around the globe to stand up to 
 these bullies. \n\nThe purpose is to call for a global order of 
 rights-based democracies where politicians represent the people, not 
 corporations and oligarchs. (that means ending corporate funding of 
 campaigns and severely limiting private funding of campaigns)\n\nWhat do
