DESCRIPTION:California taxpayers should not be paying billions of dollars to clean up 
 climate disasters we didn’t cause.  The fossil fuel industry made this 
 mess, they should clean it up. The Make Polluters Pay Superfund Bill would 
 make the largest polluters responsible for clean up. State Senator Aisha 
 Wahab (D-Hayward) is a key swing vote on the bill and needs to hear from 
 her constituents to vote yes.  So we’re going to generate 1,000 letters 
 and 100 phone calls from her constituents to show overwhelming support for 
 the bill! We'll do that by making announcements in college classes and 
 religious gatherings and tabling at farmer's markets. And we need your 
 help! \n\n  Please join this virtual event Wednesday 6p to help us build a 
 list of college professors at universities in her district. In April, we 
 will make class announcements to generate support from the bill. Hearing
