 topic is "Putting grit to the refrain 'Inclusive diversity: coherent 
 community' ." Framed in local terms, "How can we socialize all the 
 community-generated land values sloshing around the Bay Region so that 
 there's not landlordism?" Our featured (but not sole) entertainment is 
 Christian Ogg reading short selections from his A SAN FRANCISCO BESTIARY.

 Drink. \nWhat's more, Bring Your Own Art Form, though the host reserves the
