DESCRIPTION:Leslie Goldberg utilizes paintings, drawings, and the spoken word to
illustrate the beauty, the sorrows and sometimes, the absurdity of everyday
life through her fictional characters. ”The Family of Man” carries the
message that despite our differences we really aren’t all that different.
\n \nLeslie Goldberg is a former writer with the San Francisco Examiner, a
Pulitzer Prize nominee, a former journalism teacher at SFSU and City
College of San Francisco. She’s a cartoonist and artist whose work has
been displayed at the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, the Sonoma Art Guild,
the Spark Arts Gallery in San Francisco as well as other places. She holds
a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College.\n\nHer
