 standing as a natural inhabitant of planet Earth than the recipient of that 
 fee. That fee (economic rent) is not a charge for the improvements made to 
 and upon the land, it is a fee for the planet Earth location of those 
 improvements.\n\nSuch a fee amounts to an abortion or partial severance of 
 economic life. This would seem to be a gruesome metaphor . . . except 
 poverty and its attendant despair are not metaphors.\n\nAt minimum you'll
