 the city’s Shared Spaces program, the street closure will create a 
 pleasant open space area, where visitors can take a relaxing stroll along 
 iconic Grant Avenue with its beautiful red lanterns and pagoda topped 
 buildings - while continuing to wear masks and adhere to social distancing 
 guidelines. There will be a variety of delicious Chinese food including dim 
 sum, clay pots, popular Cantonese dishes, and of course, matcha tea ice 
 cream. Visitors will be able to enjoy the various retail shops including 
 legendary business like the Wok Shop and Kim + Ono. In the weeks to come, 
 there will be lion dancing demonstrations, a children’s parade, beauty 
 queens, and a music festival. \n
