 (China)\n\nSen Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Rep Jim McGovern (D-MA) are 
 sponsoring the “Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act of 2019,” but 
 many believe that the U.S. should not be interfering in the internal 
 affairs of China. After a brief introduction by ICSS member Eugene E Ruyle, 
 Emeritus Professor of Anthropology and Asian Studies at Cal State Long 
 Beach, and perhaps a few additional speakers, we will have an open 
 discussion of the issue with all opinions welcome.\n\nSunday, Dec 1, 2019
