DESCRIPTION:This Friday, we will take action against ICE and its enablers. \nWe will 
 meet at Civic Center Plaza at 7:45. Easily accessible via BART and Buses. 
 \n\nAs we see widespread separation of families, detention of children in 
 horrific conditions, and adults and children dying at the border as they 
 attempt to leave violence and instability created largely by our own 
 country's foreign policies, we refuse to wait to see what happens next. 
 \n\nWe know that the current crisis is nothing new in this country. And we 
 know that the crisis is not contained to the border; it is happening in 
 communities across the country as our neighbors are terrorized by ICE raids 
 and by increasingly violent rhetoric from the mouths of this country's 
 leaders. Until our politicians take drastic action to shut down ICE and 
 create safe conditions for people seeking safety, we must make it
