 and also there is a wave of privatization and outsourcing threatening all 
 jobs. UC is outsourcing thousands of jobs and the corporatization and 
 privatization of all public education including charters is escalating. 
 There also vicious racist attacks on immigrants, Blacks and Latinos and the 
 rise of fascism. Working people and our unions need to get organized to 
 fight back and defend our communities which also face massive 
 gentrification.\nThis forum will look at the attacks on public workers 
 including teachers, workers at Highland Hospital, farmworkers and a report
