 and is using the report to lash out at critics and consolidate a more 
 authoritarian regime.  By raising false hopes that it would derail a 
 fascist express and diverting the outrage and keeping people passively 
 waiting, the Mueller investigation has actually weakened the movement 
 against the Trump Pence regime.  This movement must now be intensified.
