 item prepared weeks ago and introduced by Councilmembers Krohn, Glover, and 
 Brown.    With another derailing a possibility, supporters of basic 
 homeless rights will meet in front of the chambers at 6:15 p.m., speak 
 during Oral Communications on broader issues at 7 PM, and then address 
 homeless issues at 7:30 PM.   Come early to assure a seat as opponents of 
 the poor have announced plans to "flood the hall".\n\nJoe Schultz and Food
