DESCRIPTION:Oakland DOT is seeking participants from the disability and senior 
 community to test out new pedestrian and bicycle safety infrastructure 
 projects.  OakDOT would like to field test a raised island parking 
 protected bike lane at the intersection of Lakeside Drive / Madison Street 
 / 19th Street, **with vehicles that have wheelchair ramp or other mobility 
 access needs.**  See illustration of this design.\n \nWe are updating the 
 dates to Oct 1st to Oct 6th to conduct this field test.  If you have a 
 vehicle with a wheelchair ramp or other mobility access needs, please 
 select dates and times you’re able to participate from the Doodle poll 
 link (https://doodle.com/poll/8m8n8gsrzp73kxwn) by 9/26/18.\n \nOnce there 
 is a critical mass of participants for **one date and time**, we will
