DESCRIPTION:In solidarity with immigrant families, urban university invites allies to 
 join us, on a brief walk in silence down Grand Avenue in Oakland.\n\nWe 
 will loop down Grand Ave holding signs to show our concern and support and 
 to give light to the incomprehensible breaking up of immigrant families at 
 our borders. \n\nChildren will be present and engaged in the brief walk. 
 Positive vibes only.\n\nSign making at 3pm. Walk at 4pm. Activity ends at 5 
 pm. \n\nurban university is a nonprofit organization that improves the 
 social and economic status of impoverished single mothers and their 
 families. This action is our way to say we care about what’s happening.
